No more telling your patients to simply avoid reaction- causing foods! The ultimate in food allergy treatment is here.

Allergy Arts uses sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) to condition the body to tolerate specific foods. SLIT starts with an all-natural saline serum containing extracts of many allergy-causing foods. The serum is taken daily as under-the-tongue droplets that absorb into the bloodstream through special cells in the mouth. Over time, the body can become desensitized to these foods, minimizing allergic reactions.

What foods can be treated for?
Single-antigen treatment can be limiting as the test may not truly represent the allergic spectrum of the body. Instead, we use a comprehensive serum mix that covers 59 different food items including milk, eggs, wheat, rice, soy and a variety of fruits and vegetables. (Click here to see the full list.) The comprehensive mix provides unparalleled protection without increased risk of negative reactions.

Are there side effects or risks?
Because the serum is all-natural, there are minimal side effects. And unlike allergy shots, sublingual allergy serum is not associated with life-threatening anaphylactic reaction.

How long until patients see results?
The majority of patients achieve relief from food allergy symptoms in three to six months and can then continue on maintenance serum.

How did this treatment come about?
SLIT has been used successfully worldwide for decades to treat environmental allergies.  Recent research, including high-profile studies at Duke and Cambridge Universities, has proven sublingual immunotherapy to be a safe and highly effective treatment for food allergies as well.

From Allergy Arts Patients:

"The allergy serum changed my daughter's life. I now have a happy 4-year-old who can eat any wheat product, cheese, ice cream, pizza….all of those normal kid things."
--Danielle Cummings

"I had allergies to onion, garlic and spices. After about a month on the drops, I began seeing a decrease in the severe headaches and gastrointestinal upset. For the first time in 20 years, I don't have to actively avoid spicy foods."
--Brent Silver, M.D

"Our foster child had extreme hyperactivity, aggressiveness, and impulsivity. We started him on the serum for his wheat allergies. Within a month, we could see some pretty dramatic improvements. We were able to get him off of all his behavior medications."
